FLEX employees highlighted in red!

What should I do?

If you plan the rosters for your FLEX employees and see that shifts are highlighted in red, this may be because the NSSO has not yet made calculations for that employee. These calculations are done only at least 30 days before the new quarter.

Specifically:

Have you already scheduled a FLEX employee but your shift is in red with the message : "Dimona not in the allowed domain" or "Dimona niet in het toegelaten domein"? This means that there is no calculation for this employee yet.

In that case, do not forget to push it again to the NSSO for the dimona declaration before the start of the shift.

How should I push a shift again?

1. Click on the shift that turns red

2. Go to the bottom right and click on the round icon

3. The dimona declaration will be re-sent and will turn blue if your employee meets the conditions
