Did you know that AAPI allows you to make Dimona declarations for employees who do not have Belgian nationality?
Through MY AAPI (website), AAPI sends the employee info to the Dimona and a BIS identification number will be requested for this employee. As soon as your foreign employee's new identification number has been assigned, AAPI will automatically update your employee's details.
How to do this in AAPI ME?
Invite the employee to fill in their details via the AAPI ME employee app
When inviting, tell your new employee to enter 00.00.00-000.00 as the national register number in the AAPI ME app
AAPI will send the necessary info to the Dimona. As soon as your foreign employee's new identification number has been assigned, AAPI will automatically update your employee's details.
