How to schedule an employee. Make sure the employee has an active contract. If not, you need to make this up first.

  • Drag and drop the employee or add a shift by clicking on the + button.

  • Aapi automatically fills in the date, contract and department.

  • Start, end time and break are suggested based on the schedule settings and can be adjusted.

The status of the slot determines the actions after saving it.

  • Draft: creates a white shift whit no action after.. These shifts are visible only to those who can manage the schedule. There are not visible to the employee and there is no dimona.

  • Invite: sends a personal invitation to the employee via Aapi Me asking if he/she can work at the proposed time (arrow is to the right).
After acceptance, the shift will be published automatically.

  • Publish: sends an automatic notification to the employee via Aapi Me that he/she has been put in a shift.
If it is an employee with daily dimona declarations, the dimona will be sent automatically. For students with daily contracts, the daily contract is automatically created and send for signature in the Aapi Me app. (icon with pencil)

If you have scheduled an employee with daily dimona declarations, the declaration will be sent automatically after publishing. The shift will turn light blue during the declaration processing period. When the declaration is fully processed, the shift turns thunder blue and the tick indicates that the dimona was processed properly.

You cannot make adjustments to the shift during this processing period (arrow is up). Once the declaration is fully processed, you can make changes if necessary.
