The task centre is a valuable new feature in AAPI.

This tool is specially designed to support users in efficiently updating specific data. For instance:

  • Updating employee data: changes in transport types, new bank account, or other personal details that need to be updated.

  • Complete missing Dimona numbers: it is crucial that all Dimona numbers are filled in correctly. Errors or missing numbers can lead to confusion and potential problems.

Activate task centre

To start using this feature, you need to activate the toggle in your user account.

Open the settings menu by clicking on the gear icon next to the group.

Navigate to the user icon and click on it.

Choose the specific user account you want to configure.

Go to the policies icon at the bottom right.

Scroll to the 'Show task centre' option and enable it by adjusting the toggle.

Don't forget to save the changes by clicking 'Save'.

To make the task centre visible to your users, you need to log in to AAPI again.

The person who now has the rights to the task centre may log out and log back into AAPI. The task centre icon will be visible at the top right of the black bar.

The task centre is located to the right of the banner.
