Before creating a contract, you need to register all personal data.
The easiest way to do this is to invite the employee to install the Aapi Me app and fill in all his/her personal details themselves. All you have to do is check that all data is correct and the app will be immediately installed on your employee's device so they can access their schedule.
1. Click on Add employee, in the bottom right of the display.
2. Enter first name, surname and phone number and choose the appropriate language. Click on Send invitation to send a SMS with a download link. The SMS can be sent in another language : you just need to select the desired language upon sending.
You will receive a notification in WhatsAapi as soon as the employee has completed all the details. From then on, you can start drawing up a contract.
