Scheduling an employee via a work schedule

You want to schedule an employee on fixed days or for a longer period.

A work schedule allows you to schedule an employee for a specific period according to a fixed hourly schedule.

Make sure the employee has an active contract. If not, you need to make this up first.

1. In the employee list, click the plus button of the employee you want to schedule.

2. Using the blue button at the bottom, select Plan from work schedule.

3. Enter the period and department in which you want to schedule the employee and confirm in which status (draft, invitd, publish) you want to create the schedule.

4. You can then create your own work schedule by clicking on empty schedule. You can also use a pre-made template to create the schedule.

After you save, Aapi will create the schedule based on the work schedule for the entire duration of the entered period.

You can also use the icon below to create a work schedule for an employee for the current week.
